Background: Contemporary conflicts have repeatedly demonstrated that electronic warfare and cyber disruption degrade communications and situational awareness at precisely the moment junior and mid-level commanders must make time-critical decisions. Existing training formats (TEWTs, command post exercise) largely assume complete and reliable information flow. Detailed Description: An AR/VR or web-based tool is required that places small-team and sub-unit commanders in multi-domain scenarios (land-air-cyber-EW) where information feeds are deliberately incomplete, delayed, or contradictory, training decision-making under uncertainty rather than under ideal conditions.
Expected Solution/ Outcomes
Scenario engine capable of injecting communication degradation (delay, dropout, conflicting reports) mid-exercise. Multiplayer capability for team - level coordination under degraded information. Instructor dashboard to configure scenario variables and monitor trainee decisions in real time. Exportable AAR reports capturing individual and team decision timelines and rationale.
